Raw Foods 101

I took this really wonderful and exciting Alissa Cohen chef teacher course about raw food creation with a fabulous group of women.  When I returned to my family I felt fantastic!  Now I want to share this knowledge.  I remember feeling like this when I was conscience about my food choices, young, and participating in martial arts.  I had not felt so good in such a long time.  I made everything that I knew twice.  I set up my chef certification course and I am good to go.  I wish I could say that I had conquered raw food.  I wish our world was set up to make that easier, but the state of New Hampshire is lacking in raw food opportunities, but I do see the interest slowly growing as people vote more and more with their dollar.  So here is to my journey, my before and after experiences in the adventure within the world of raw food.
